He showed up on time & explained the complete process & got right to work. When I got back from running errands, the approx 18' x 14' koi pond looked so beautiful. He went above & beyond. And, they beat their competitors prices. All our koi pond needs are WILL be serviced through Oklahoma Ponds. I posted before photos. I only took video of the after & i can't figure out how to attach. This is a great company. Friendly knowledgeable employees. They showed up on time multiple days. Demoed our old ponds worked with electricians. Built a new beautiful pond with lights at night. Good follow-up.
Colby with Oklahoma Ponds is a homeowner’s dream come true. He not only installed our new Pond Pump quickly and efficiently, he also spotted a leak in our yard’s sprinkler system and then was kind enough to find the valve and turn it off. Five stars is not nearly enough. Call them. You will be glad you did!!
This company is the best. I tried the DIY pond build. I wish I would've just called them from the beginning. They fixed everything and it was more than worth the price. Jay has been great to deal with and Kyle nailed it. Great company, great work ethic, and I look forward to expanding my garden pond with their skills. I'm gladly going to take the shovel out of my hand and give it to them. I HIGHLY recommend Oklahoma Ponds, they are the best. I love the new maintenance program. All of the people I have worked with at Oklahoma Ponds are very supportive people and quick to get to whatever you need. I was loosing water along with my lights needing to be tweaked. They found that part of my liner had bunched up so that it was causing the water up by the fountain to spill over. They took care of that and my lights lickity split and were on there way. Assuring if I ever need them they are available ❤️

The water feature in our backyard had to be completely disassembled and rebuilt due to issues with the original construction and leaks in the liner. James and Darian did a wonderful job creating a new feature that looks natural, reusing existing materials where they could. We now have a little babbling brook right off our patio! We're very pleased with the result and highly recommend Oklahoma Ponds.
