Oklahoma Ponds is exceptional!!! They built a very large water feature in my front yard, and it is perfection. Jay, James, and Darian are wonderful to work with. They listen to what you want, make suggestions, have fantastic ideas, work with you, and follow through on everything. Working on my feature took two and a half weeks and it was a joy. There is no stress. And they don't just leave upon completion; they clean up and continue to take your calls and answer questions. I will always use them and give them the highest recommendation!!!! Oklahoma Ponds sales provided an estimate and the number of days it would take their crew to clean our neighborhood pond. I met and talked to the crew, there were at least 3 vans with equipments and they all showed up early morning and cleaned the pond very well within the schedule. The Territories neighbors were happy to see a cleaned pond after 6 years. I recommend Oklahoma Ponds and we’ll definitely use their services, again.

A few months back we decided to discontinue our koi pond and re-home our prize fish. For six months the pond laid vacant and neglected until we got the notion to repurpose it into a pondless water feature. After checking around on what the cost of that might look like, we were impressed with Oklahoma Ponds offer to keep our pond water feature intact by performing a thorough clean out and restart it first to assess if the feature was still operational and usable. To make a long story short, today we are happy with the services of Oklahoma Ponds to get us back up and running. We are back in business y'all, and happy we made the decision we did, thanks to Oklahoma Ponds.

Alex was very personable and checked out the bubble rock in a timely manner. Cleaned the filter and moved some of the heavier rocks so I can access the pump if I need to. Very nice young man.

I have a large 21 year old pond. Have used Oklahoma Ponds for annual maintenance and pump replacement for several years now. I am an experienced pond owner but can rely on their expertise when I have a question. Always respectful and always go the extra mile. Today, for example, I had a plant pulled out of the edge of my pond. Roots moved some rocks. Tech took the time to make sure the rocks were secured back in place to prevent a leak. I always see this kind of attention to detail. I signed up for their monthly maintenance today. I know they will do a great job.

After incorrect repairs twice I was told I need to re-plumb my pond. I called Ok Ponds, Colby properly fixed pump hose in 30 minutes.

He showed up on time & explained the complete process & got right to work. When I got back from running errands, the approx 18' x 14' koi pond looked so beautiful. He went above & beyond. And, they beat their competitors prices. All our koi pond needs are WILL be serviced through Oklahoma Ponds. I posted before photos. I only took video of the after & i can't figure out how to attach. This is a great company. Friendly knowledgeable employees. They showed up on time multiple days. Demoed our old ponds worked with electricians. Built a new beautiful pond with lights at night. Good follow-up.

Colby with Oklahoma Ponds is a homeowner’s dream come true. He not only installed our new Pond Pump quickly and efficiently, he also spotted a leak in our yard’s sprinkler system and then was kind enough to find the valve and turn it off. Five stars is not nearly enough. Call them. You will be glad you did!!

This company is the best. I tried the DIY pond build. I wish I would've just called them from the beginning. They fixed everything and it was more than worth the price. Jay has been great to deal with and Kyle nailed it. Great company, great work ethic, and I look forward to expanding my garden pond with their skills. All of the people I have worked with at Oklahoma Ponds are very supportive people and quick to get to whatever you need. I was loosing water along with my lights needing to be tweaked. They found that part of my liner had bunched up so that it was causing the water up by the fountain to spill over. They took care of that and my lights lickity split and were on there way. Assuring if I ever need them they are available ❤️

The water feature in our backyard had to be completely disassembled and rebuilt due to issues with the original construction and leaks in the liner. James and Darian did a wonderful job creating a new feature that looks natural, reusing existing materials where they could. We now have a little babbling brook right off our patio! We're very pleased with the result and highly recommend Oklahoma Ponds.

Oklahoma Ponds did a FABULOUS job creating a pondless waterfall for us. It is a masterpiece of beauty as it cascades down over stunning rock formations. Colby did a great job getting our pond clean. My husband used to clean it until his health declined and he wasn't able to. Unfortunately, although he used approved pind products to keep it clear and healthy for our fish, it had not been cleaned in 3-4 years. Colby spent over five hours on it and it looks amazing! We have two streams so there was plenty to do. He also thinned out the plants and fixed a leak in one of the stream. From the day I walked into their office, the Oklahoma Pond team was fantastic. Definitely recommended!! We will use them again!

Roberto did a wonderful job cleaning my little pond/waterfall. He helped me look for a controller beyond what he needed to do. And Most importantly he picked up the bull frog that had jumped out and gently placed him back in the pond.
