I have a large 21 year old pond. Have used Oklahoma Ponds for annual maintenance and pump replacement for several years now. I am an experienced pond owner but can rely on their expertise when I have a question. Always respectful and always go the extra mile. Today, for example, I had a plant pulled out of the edge of my pond. Roots moved some rocks. Tech took the time to make sure the rocks were secured back in place to prevent a leak. I always see this kind of attention to detail. I signed up for their monthly maintenance today. I know they will do a great job.
After incorrect repairs twice I was told I need to re-plumb my pond. I called Ok Ponds, Colby properly fixed pump hose in 30 minutes.

He showed up on time & explained the complete process & got right to work. When I got back from running errands, the approx 18' x 14' koi pond looked so beautiful. He went above & beyond. And, they beat their competitors prices. All our koi pond needs are WILL be serviced through Oklahoma Ponds. I posted before photos. I only took video of the after & i can't figure out how to attach. This is a great company. Friendly knowledgeable employees. They showed up on time multiple days. Demoed our old ponds worked with electricians. Built a new beautiful pond with lights at night. Good follow-up.
Colby with Oklahoma Ponds is a homeowner’s dream come true. He not only installed our new Pond Pump quickly and efficiently, he also spotted a leak in our yard’s sprinkler system and then was kind enough to find the valve and turn it off. This company is the best. I tried the DIY pond build. I wish I would've just called them from the beginning. They fixed everything and it was more than worth the price.
