I am BEYOND satisfied & happy with Oklahoma Ponds. 1st, Madeline always contacted me back quickly & very helpful & friendly. 2nd, technician Colby also responded very quickly, very informative & friendly. He showed up on time & explained the complete process & got right to work. When I got back from running errands, the approx 18' x 14' koi pond looked so beautiful. He went above & beyond. And, they beat their competitors prices. All our koi pond needs are WILL be serviced through Oklahoma Ponds. I posted before photos. I only took video of the after & i can't figure out how to attach. I hope they post some after pics so you can see just how beautiful it looks. Large waterfalls are running, skimmers all set. Thank you thank you thank you Colby & Okla Ponds!!!

This is a great company. Friendly knowledgeable employees. They showed up on time multiple days. Demoed our old ponds worked with electricians. Built a new beautiful pond with lights at night. Good follow-up.

Colby with Oklahoma Ponds is a homeowner’s dream come true. He not only installed our new Pond Pump quickly and efficiently, he also spotted a leak in our yard’s sprinkler system and then was kind enough to find the valve and turn it off. Five stars is not nearly enough. Call them. You will be glad you did!!

This company is the best. I tried the DIY pond build. I wish I would've just called them from the beginning. They fixed everything and it was more than worth the price. Jay has been great to deal with and Kyle nailed it. Great company, great work ethic, and I look forward to expanding my garden pond with their skills. Very knowledgeable and professional.

All of the people I have worked with at Oklahoma Ponds are very supportive people and quick to get to whatever you need. I was loosing water along with my lights needing to be tweaked. They found that part of my liner had bunched up so that it was causing the water up by the fountain to spill over. They took care of that and my lights lickity split and were on there way. Assuring if I ever need them they are available ❤️

The water feature in our backyard had to be completely disassembled and rebuilt due to issues with the original construction and leaks in the liner. James and Darian did a wonderful job creating a new feature that looks natural, reusing existing materials where they could. We now have a little babbling brook right off our patio! We're very pleased with the result and highly recommend Oklahoma Ponds.

Oklahoma Ponds did a FABULOUS job creating a pondless waterfall for us. It is a masterpiece of beauty as it cascades down over stunning rock formations. Colby did a great job getting our pond clean. My husband used to clean it until his health declined and he wasn't able to. Unfortunately, although he used approved pind products to keep it clear and healthy for our fish, it had not been cleaned in 3-4 years. Colby spent over five hours on it and it looks amazing! We have two streams so there was plenty to do. He also thinned out the plants and fixed a leak in one of the stream. From the day I walked into their office, the Oklahoma Pond team was fantastic. Definitely recommended!! We will use them again!

Roberto did a wonderful job cleaning my little pond/waterfall. He helped me look for a controller beyond what he needed to do. And Most importantly he picked up the bull frog that had jumped out and gently placed him back in the pond.

I work for a company in Moore, Oklahoma, and we have a koi pond (big, beautiful one out front for everyone to look at). The pond company that we used for the last 2+ years never seemed to be able to keep it clean, despite them coming out to service it (which does cost, yes), each week and also do clean outs every several month.The pond was always discolored; always was dirty and after our pond was cleaned recently by them, it seems 17 baby fish (one was half goldfish/half koi) were mysteriously gone and we only had the original fish we had. Strange, right? I called this company on the off chance that they were good (because I had only googled/looked around for other companies). They are not only good, they are the absolute BEST -hands down!!! They have literally only been to our pond site twice now and after the very FIRST visit (not joking), our pond was crystal clear!!! It's been AMAZING!! We are so happy, our fish are so happy (lol but true) and people that come to our office to do business just love admiring the pond and fish and we are finally happy to have that back again!!
