I work for a company in Moore, Oklahoma, and we have a koi pond (big, beautiful one out front for everyone to look at). The pond company that we used for the last 2+ years never seemed to be able to keep it clean, despite them coming out to service it (which does cost, yes), each week and also do clean outs every several month.The pond was always discolored; always was dirty and after our pond was cleaned recently by them, it seems 17 baby fish (one was half goldfish/half koi) were mysteriously gone and we only had the original fish we had. Strange, right? I called this company on the off chance that they were good (because I had only googled/looked around for other companies). They are not only good, they are the absolute BEST -hands down!!! They have literally only been to our pond site twice now and after the very FIRST visit (not joking), our pond was crystal clear!!! It's been AMAZING!! We are so happy, our fish are so happy (lol but true) and people that come to our office to do business just love admiring the pond and fish and we are finally happy to have that back again!! Oklahoma Ponds did a FABULOUS job creating a pondless waterfall for us. It is a masterpiece of beauty as it cascades down over stunning rock formations. Kaden and Colby did a great job. They were friendly and thorough, took care of our fish, removed overgrown plants, replaced a pump, and power washed the liner and waterfall. In business, a model that successful businesses practice is the “under promise, over deliver “ rule. Everything the staff did, fit this mold. From the very beginning, we knew it was different. The owner made sure every single question was answered and even solved issues that had nothing to do with them. A+, 5 Stars, 10/10…. We could not have been more pleased.

Oklahoma Ponds, thank you for your reply and invitation to reach solutions. However, we have no additional matters to attend to. Payment for the disputed charges referenced in your reply cleared our account more than a week ago. We chose to pay that as soon as it became clear that any hope of good faith resolution was lost. We have no open balances and do not wish to move forward with any future work. I have attached a photo for your records. Our initial experience was positive. However, the latest experience was dreadful and the response was offensive. We resolved an issue on our own for $60 that OK Ponds refused to take responsibility for which resulted excessive water loss after a cleaning. They sent a quote for $800 to fix... To boot, they also killed all 30+ fish we had for several years. We still paid for the cleaning . . . in all fairness, they brought very small replacement fish that we hope someday are visible to the naked eye and able to be enjoyed.
